I designed Primrose Tax Law to be a place where I can be the tax enthusiast I am. I wanted to build a firm around one principle: collaborate with tax advisors, never compete with them.

Tax advisors design the tax strategy. I implement the legal structure — the resolutions, the incorporations, the trust deeds — without conflict, without competition, and on the tax advisor’s instruction.

I work across all nine common law provinces, with offices in Halifax, Ottawa, Calgary, and Surrey. Every engagement is fixed-fee. Every file handled with care.
